Job Description

At Cryptic Vector, we are dedicated to mission success. We take the time to understand our customers' needs, delivering products that perform when our nation needs them most. We understand that properly supporting the most unique missions of the United States government requires the nation’s best. Our focus is on creating a culture where the best and brightest want to grow, learn, and stay. If producing out-of-the-box solutions is your specialty, then you’ll feel right at home at Cryptic Vector. We are solving the country’s most unique problems in an environment where problem solvers and hard workers thrive. We've replaced corporate red tape with transparency and servant leadership. Honestly, it’s hard not to love this culture! Cryptic Vector is looking for a flexible, hands-on Asset Manager to support cross-functional coordination and auditing, as well as oversee the planning and approval process, for asset acquisition, tracking, replacement, and disposal. You’ll keep operations running smoothly and securely by optimizing resources, enforcing government and company standards for assets, and supporting information protection efforts. You will also ensure regular audits are completed and that all assets are properly tagged, labeled, and entered into the system upon acquisition to support real-time tracking and compliance. We're after someone who's experienced, naturally organized, compliance-focused, and proactive. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy tackling challenges where the outcome actually matters, this role will keep you engaged!

  • Track and manage GFE across multiple government projects, ensuring adherence to unique contractual requirements for acquisition, use, and disposition
  • Oversee secure lifecycle management: coordinate equipment returns, transfers, hard drive destruction, and compliant disposition of retired assets
  • Collaborate with IT and departments on new equipment intake, provide documentation for shipments/returns, serve as the primary point of contact for asset inquiries, and contribute to corporate asset policy development
  • Manage software asset tracking and related compliance considerations
  • Provide occasional coverage for reception duties as needed to support facility operations
  • Demonstrate flexibility to work between our Miamisburg and Liberty Township locations based on business requirements
  • Flexibility to perform other duties as needed

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience (e.g., inventory or asset management experience)
  • Active TS clearance with polygraph/SCI eligibility
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and related productivity tools
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional-teams, including IT, Accounting, and Security
  • Proven reliability and attention to detail in a fast-paced-environment
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking equipment, and related components is strongly preferred

What we offer

  • 100% company-paid medical insurance for employees
  • 100% company-paid dental and vision insurance
  • Competitive salary and bonus
  • 25% 401(k) company contribution
  • Generous PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave, and volunteer time
  • Flexible work hours
  • Tuition reimbursement, training allowance, and internal mobility opportunities
