We're recruiting for an Asset Manager to join a leading Facilities Management provider on a 16-month fixed-term contract (maternity leave cover), supporting a high-profile blue light organisation. Working flexibly from London or Swindon, you'll play a key role in developing and improving asset management processes, maintaining asset data integrity, and ensuring Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programmes support the long-term performance of a nationally significant estate.
Job Responsibility
Lead the development and continuous improvement of asset management and PPM processes across the estate
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the asset register, CAFM/CMMS systems, and asset data
Work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver compliant maintenance programmes and support operational performance
Monitor asset changes, statutory compliance, and maintenance planning to ensure service continuity and minimise operational risk
Provide guidance, training, and technical support to Asset and PPM Coordinators while driving best practice across the contract
Requirements
Experience in Asset Management within Facilities Management, Estates, Property, or a similar operational environment
A recognised Asset Management qualification, with IAM membership advantageous
Strong knowledge of PPM, statutory compliance, asset registers, and CAFM/CMMS systems
Excellent analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
A proactive approach to process improvement, data quality, and continuous service enhancement
