Oversee day-to-day performance of multifamily, land, and commercial assets. Perform financial analysis, forecasting, and pro forma modeling. Monitor budgets, track variances, and recommend improvements. Collaborate with internal teams and property management companies. Support transactions, lease-up, and asset performance initiatives. Ensure compliance, reporting, and regulatory requirements. Maintain strong communication and organized property documentation.

  • Knowledge of real estate operations and affordable housing (HUD, LIHTC)

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • 3+ years of real estate or related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
