Reporting directly to the CEO, this role sits on the senior leadership team and is responsible for shaping and delivering the strategy across infrastructure, asset management, and health & safety.

Requirements

  • Proven senior leadership experience across asset management, infrastructure, facilities, and/or health & safety
  • Strong working knowledge of New Zealand health and safety legislation and regulatory frameworks
  • Demonstrated experience leading and improving safety management systems in complex, operational environments
  • Track record of managing diverse asset portfolios, including maintenance, renewals, and compliance
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing contractors to deliver outcomes
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with operational delivery in a safety-critical environment
  • Strong reporting, communication, and stakeholder engagement capability
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call roster and be based within close proximity to site
