Asset Manager - Solar PV & BESS

Mint Selection have partnered with an exciting asset owner to help build their asset management function as they grow their operational portfolio from 180MW - 600+MW of co-located PV & BESS projects in the next 12 months. We are seeking a technically strong Asset Manager to oversee the performance, reliability, and compliance of a portfolio of utility-scale, co-located Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) assets. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, operations, and commercial management, ensuring assets operate safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual and financial expectations. The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day asset performance while supporting optimisation strategies, contractor management, and key stakeholder relationships.
