Job Responsibility

  • Full end-to-end asset management across a defined portfolio
  • Leading on all landlord & tenant matters: new lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals, assignments, sub-lettings, arrears management, repairs, refurbishments, surrenders and forfeitures
  • Managing external property managers and coordinating a broad range of professional advisers, including solicitors, agents, surveyors and environmental specialists
  • Regular involvement in asset valuations, monitoring capital and rental performance, and engaging in the monthly external revaluation process
  • Driving active asset management initiatives and maintaining comprehensive records of actions and financial impacts
  • Contributing to ongoing development of ESG frameworks and embedding ESG considerations into everyday asset and investment decisions

Requirements

  • Asset Manager with around 1-2 years PQE experience
  • MRICS qualification
