Following the promotion of one of the existing Asset Managers into an Investment Management role, they're now looking to appoint an Asset Manager to join their growing team. This is an opportunity to work in a lean, high-performing business where you'll have real ownership from day one. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll be involved in every aspect of commercial asset management whilst working alongside an experienced in-house development team and gaining exposure to acquisitions and investment decisions.

  • Prepare business plans, CapEx forecasts and Board reporting
  • Support sustainability initiatives across the portfolio
  • Assist with acquisitions and integrate newly acquired assets into the portfolio

  • Experience within commercial asset management, leasing, agency or property management
  • Good knowledge of the Central London office and/or retail markets
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, including Excel
  • Experience using Argus (preferred) and ideally MRI
  • A commercial mindset, strong attention to detail and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders
