Opportunities like this don't come around very often. We're working exclusively with a long-established private property company that has owned and invested in Central London real estate for over a century. Backed by patient capital and a genuinely long-term investment philosophy, the business has built an exceptional portfolio of office, retail and residential assets and continues to invest, refurbish and develop across some of London's best locations. Following the promotion of one of the existing Asset Managers into an Investment Management role, they're now looking to appoint an Asset Manager to join their growing team. This is an opportunity to work in a lean, high-performing business where you'll have real ownership from day one. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll be involved in every aspect of commercial asset management whilst working alongside an experienced in-house development team and gaining exposure to acquisitions and investment decisions.
