Asset Management: Perform the receipt, issuance, inventory check, and disposal of company assets. Receive assets from suppliers, assign asset codes, create identification labels, and input asset information into the company’s asset management system. Record and warehouse recovered assets from employees or shared areas. Conduct periodic inventory checks, audits, and prepare reports on actual asset status. Propose solutions for damaged, fully depreciated, or unused assets. Carry out asset liquidation procedures in accordance with company policies. Handle asset handover and retrieval from employees. Asset Allocation & Recovery: Provide assets for new employees. Issue additional or replacement assets as per approved requests. Retrieve assets from resigned employees. Retrieve or reallocate assets for employees who go onsite, change working locations, or receive upgraded/replacement assets as approved. Asset Maintenance: Ensure the maintenance and servicing of company assets to support daily operations. Facility & Office Resource Management: Manage company assets and facilities, including utilities (electricity, water), general landscape, canteen, meeting rooms, rest areas, nursing/mothers’ room, phone booths, stationery, uniforms, and other items allocated to employees.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with at least 2–4 years of experience in administration or warehouse/asset management
Proficiency in Excel and reporting
Experience in managing complex inventory systems, especially in IT-related asset management
