Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Asset Integrity Manager to take ownership of inventory accuracy and control processes across both retail and non-retail sites. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability of stock data, enhancing inventory management systems, and driving operational excellence through robust reporting and data-driven insights.

Job Responsibility

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate physical inventory counts and stocktakes across retail and non-retail locations
  • Review, develop, and implement inventory management processes to improve accuracy and efficiency
  • Analyse stock movement data to identify variances, trends, and improvement opportunities
  • Prepare and distribute variance, shrinkage, and management information (MI) reports to key stakeholders
  • Partner with Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to resolve discrepancies and improve inventory accuracy
  • Provide actionable insights to support asset protection and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing multiple stock management systems and tools across complex operations
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, analysis, and reporting
  • Strong ability to present data and findings in a clear, concise, and actionable format
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a methodical approach to problem-solving
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
