Job Responsibility:
Manages the Mechanical Integrity program supporting the Baxter's Anesthesia Manufacturing Site, and assures maximum operational potential is attained for the entire plant operation
Implements Reliability strategies and provides technical guidance for site Maintenance
Identifies and manage asset reliability risks that could adversely affect plant or business operations
Manages the Site Mechanical Integrity Program in accordance with stipulated production schedules or supported areas targets
Develops and implement new strategies for the mechanical integrity program
Performs root cause analysis on failed equipment and data collection on equipment cost and downtime
Ensure compliance with OSHA’s / EPA’s Mechanical Integrity Program and with the jurisdictional pressure vessels regulation
Responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory of MRO supplies for the Mechanical Integrity Program
Conducts root cause analysis, FMEA and problem-solving exercises for site assets
Responsible for the Mechanical Integrity program enhancements such as the generation/implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance job plans
Provides support in maintenance and capital budget preparation and cost expenditure forecasts
Develops and implements maintenance costs reduction strategies throughout Reliability initiatives
Accountable for supporting Reliability KPI's and business strategies in alignment with Engineering Standards and World Class Maintenance organizations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering
Eight (8) to ten (10) years' experience
