Job Description

Our international City firm client is seeking a 2-4 PQE Associate to join the Asset Finance team in London, focusing on rail and rolling stock finance. You will work with an experienced, supportive team on complex, market-leading transactions across the rail and aviation sectors.

Job Responsibility

  • Advising on asset financing, primarily in the rail sector
  • Leading smaller transactions and supporting on larger deals
  • Drafting and reviewing transaction documentation
  • Managing client relationships and delivery
  • Supervising junior Lawyers and conducting legal research
  • Identifying legal and commercial risks
  • Contributing to pitches and business development

Requirements

  • 2-4 years’ PQE with asset finance experience
  • Rail and/or aviation finance experience desirable
  • Strong banking and finance background
  • Experience in cross-border transactions
  • Excellent drafting, technical and problem-solving skills
  • Confident, collaborative and client-focused
  • Commercially aware, adaptable and organised
