Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Coordinator to join our Asset Curation team. This role is central to ensuring that incoming client requests are received, organized, and executed efficiently. You’ll act as the connective hub between clients and our creative teams, helping keep projects moving smoothly from intake to delivery.

Job Responsibility

  • Ingest and review incoming requests from clients, including small video clip edits, production design tasks, and website updates via a CMS
  • Assign projects to the appropriate creative resource
  • Enter projects into tracking systems, including time entry software and Airtable
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are meet our strict SLA's
  • Perform QC (quality control) on deliverables to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Communicate updates to clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure assets and materials are organized and accessible
  • Maintain a clear understanding of active projects and priorities throughout the day
  • Troubleshoot issues, and flag problems as appropriate

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in production coordination, creative operations, or a related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Quick learner who’s comfortable with new tools and workflows
  • Familiarity with Photoshop and Premiere Pro
  • Experience with Airtable, project management tools, or CMS platforms a plus
  • Basic understanding of marketing, post-production, or digital asset workflows
  • Comfortable working with digital files, formats, and basic specs
  • Technically savvy: confident navigating software, systems, and new tools
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
  • Responsible and self-motivated, able to stay organized and on track in a fast-paced environment
  • This team provides support to the client from 6 AM to 8 PM PST. The usual shifts are from 10 AM to 7 PM or 11 AM to 8 PM, but there may be occasions where early shift coverage is needed.
