Job Description

Beacon Hill's client, a highly regarded law firm, is seeking an Asset & Corporate Finance attorney to support its finance practice on financing transactions involving commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS). This is a contract SPL1 opportunity for someone who is looking for a longer-term fit, with potential to progress to SPL2 for the right person.

Job Responsibility

  • Support CMBS-related financing transactions
  • Advise lenders, master servicers, and special servicers
  • Manage deadlines and deliver polished, detail-oriented work product

Requirements

  • Active bar license in good standing in the same jurisdiction you reside (CA, DC, DE, FL, IL, KS, MA, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA)
  • 5+ years of experience with financing transactions, including required experience with commercial mortgage‑backed securities (CMBS)
  • Real estate law experience preferred (real estate finance experience a plus, not required)
  • Professional maturity and strong attention to detail
