Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Relationship Manager 2 to help support the Asset Based Lending Group. This role involves developing risk-reward strategies, monitoring compliance, building client relationships, and contributing to the commercial banking operations.

Job Responsibility:

Engage with portfolio managers, senior management, and bank partners to develop and implement risk-reward strategies
Monitor accounts/portfolios/loan bookings for regulatory and company compliance
Execute all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance)
Develop strong working relationships with clients to understand operating performance and business needs
Travel to client locations periodically
Provide coaching and mentoring of Analysts
Build and maintain effective relationships with existing clients
Review and analyze business, operational, or technical assignments
Analyze client portfolios for key issues related to cash flow, liquidity, leverage, working capital
Present recommendations for resolving situations
Partner with senior peers to understand clients' businesses and strategic objectives
Participate in regular portfolio reviews to manage risk
Partner with product management functional partners
Collaborate with senior peers and functional partners to resolve client servicing requests
Contribute to functional area planning

Requirements:

4+ years of secured or specialized lending relationship management or portfolio management experience
4+ years of Asset Based Lending experience
Credit Analysis
Relationship Management
Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Solid problem solving and decision-making skills
Ability to provide strong customer service and develop customer relationships
Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Knowledge and understanding of commercial banking compliance controls, risk management, and loss prevention
