Asset Backed Finance Associate / Senior Analyst

Wells Fargo is seeking an Investment Banking Associate / Senior Analyst. Key function is responsibility for the structuring, underwriting and execution of asset-backed transactions (both asset-backed lending facilities and capital markets trades across asset classes), typically working as part of a larger team. The Asset Backed Finance & Securitization (ABF) group provides asset-backed financing solutions to customers, including bank and non-bank financial institutions, corporates, mortgage companies, asset managers and private equity. ABF structures loans to be held by the Bank or sold as securities to institutional investors. The group provides direct structured lending and access to the public capital markets. ABF works closely with Markets Sales and Trading to utilize their distribution and trading capabilities.
