• Accurately grade written assignments, exams, and assessments according to established rubrics and guidelines
• Ensure consistency and fairness in scoring across all student work
• Review student responses thoroughly to maintain grading accuracy and quality standards
• Record and report grades in accordance with school policies and timelines
• Maintain strict confidentiality of student information and academic records
• Communicate grading discrepancies or concerns to instructional or administrative staff
• Meet grading deadlines while managing workload efficiently

• Prior experience in grading, education, or assessment support preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
