Our client, a global leader in education, is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented School Assessment Operations Administration Assistant to join their team.

Job Responsibility

  • Process transcript orders accurately and efficiently using internal systems and established procedures
  • Support schools, providing timely administrative assistance
  • Respond to enquiries and communicate professionally via email with schools, students and examiners
  • Provide general administrative support, including scanning, photocopying, document preparation and data processing
  • Prepare paper transcripts for dispatch and ensure confidential materials are handled and disposed of appropriately
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all work is completed in line with procedures and quality standards
  • Prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines during busy assessment periods

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
