We are seeking an AI Solution Developer to join our team and drive the design, development, and deployment of intelligent solutions powered by Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). This role sits at the intersection of technology, business transformation, operations and risk management, partnering with risk/control stakeholders to ensure responsible deployment. This is a full-time position ideal for someone who thrives working independently and has a passion for applying emerging AI technologies to solve real-world problems.
Job Responsibility:
Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI solutions via our internal Citi Stylus platform
Lead use-case discovery sessions then evaluate, develop, and integrate appropriate solutions
Develop and maintain dynamic knowledge graphs to map Wealth's intelligence assets
Develop robust prompt engineering frameworks and templates
Implement guardrails, content filtering, and output validation mechanisms
Partner with business stakeholders to analyze existing workflows and processes
Lead process reengineering initiatives
Create comprehensive documentation including solution blueprints, process maps, and technical guides
Independently manage the full solution lifecycle
Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable prompts and instructions
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing through documentation, demos, and technical presentations
Requirements:
5+ years of professional experience in software development, solution architecture, consulting, operations, or a related technical or business improvement role, with demonstrated hands-on expertise building Generative AI/LLM solutions
Industry experience in financial services is strongly preferred
Proven track record of process analysis and reengineering
Strong familiarity with LLMs
Proficiency in conversational coding commonly used in AI development
Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques and best practices
Understanding of data privacy, security, and regulatory considerations relevant to AI in financial services
Practical, results-driven mindset
Self-directed and autonomous
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Comfort with ambiguity
Bachelor's degree preferred
Nice to have:
Experience with workflow automation tools and platforms (e.g., RPA, low-code/no-code platforms) as complementary to AI solutions
Experience working in banking, capital markets, insurance, asset management, or other financial services domains
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks (e.g., explainability requirements)
