Job Responsibility:

  • Assemble products and components using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures while strictly following blueprints, specifications, and work instructions
  • Perform basic machine operations and necessary adjustments to ensure the assembly process runs efficiently
  • Inspect parts and finished products for defects to ensure total quality compliance, reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to all established health and safety regulations
  • Assist with inventory management, including the accurate counting of components required for assembly
  • Track and document production data, such as units completed and time spent, ensuring all paperwork is precise and up to date
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to consistently meet production targets and project deadlines
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • Previous experience in Assembly
  • Experience using hand tools or power tools
  • Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and work instructions
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to handle small components and tools
  • Ability to lift up t0 50 lbs
