Job Description:

Planet recruitment are working with an innovative, forward-thinking, employee engaged company who require an Assembly Technician to join their exisiting team on a long term temporary assignment which could lead to a permanent role for the right candidate. The primary role of the Technician is to repair devices of the whole product range along with providing technical support function to customers & internal teams.

Job Responsibility:

Perform in-house diagnosis, servicing, repair and testing of customer returned products using established procedures.
Perform maintenance, testing and calibration of repaired products, troubleshoot and providing recommended resolutions, preparing clear quotes and repair reports.
Logistic coordination for service devices: custom clearance paperwork.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of measurement units and electronic parts
Ease with computers: Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
Professional and effective communications skills, working as a team member.
Fluent English is required.
2 years of experience in device repairs.
Assembly knowledge, use of hand tools, small component rework.
