Job Responsibility

  • Actively participate in production while maintaining overview of the entire team
  • Support the area supervisor and ensure production schedule is met without losing sight of quality
  • Guide and motivate colleagues on the line
  • Check quality of assembled charging stations
  • Maintain safety, order, and cleanliness in the workplace
  • Be the first point of contact for questions or minor technical issues

Requirements

  • You have at least one year of experience on an assembly line in a technical production environment
  • You have at least one year of experience as a manager
  • You speak and write Dutch and English well
  • You are available full-time (40 hours per week) for the long term
  • You are physically fit and enjoy getting your hands dirty

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff to ensure efficient and effective production processes and that production targets and deadlines are met.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to production team members. Conduct performance evaluations, address performance issues, and manage disciplinary actions as necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
  • Monitor and inspect parts and assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Address and resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and adequate stock to meet production needs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency utilizing lean manufacturing principles.
  • Perform routine maintenance on assembly equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Document production issues and provide information to the following shift.
