Job Responsibility
Master the assembly: Operate a range of automated, semi-automated, and manual equipment in strict accordance with your training and procedures
Follow the blueprint: Accurately execute instructions from Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Packing Batch Records (PBRs), and Kit Layout Forms (KLFs)
Quality documentation: Maintain the 'Gold Standard' of record-keeping by completing all quality paperwork following Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Digital navigation: Utilise Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to track production and document control
Safety first: Conduct all activities with a safety-conscious mindset, adhering to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies at all times.
Requirements
Nat 4 (or equivalent) in English and Maths, or equivalent experience demonstrating strong literacy and numeracy
Detail-obsessed: You take total accountability for your workload, ensuring every task is completed to a high standard
Tech-literate: Comfortable using computer-based systems for document control and production tracking
Process-driven: You have a solid understanding of production process control and best practices.
Nice to have
Previous experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., Medical Devices, Pharma, or Electronics)
Familiarity with high-volume assembly lines.
