Job Description

What You Will Do? Preproduction build support and issue resolution, including pre-production Bill Of Materials Representative in Continuous Process Improvement Team Initiate, track and respond to Change Requests & Decision Notices Resolve issues across PIT’s and Assembly Plants Engineering Work Order follow-up Launch support in the plant, including material shortage and support spills/crisis Problem Resolution Tracking System/Issue Resolution prioritization and follow up Specification interface to insure accuracy for pre production and productions Plant Tryout and Production Trial Run support Bill Of Material tool maintenance – insure accurate content and approval of changes Validation plan development property support Special projects Assists in regulation and compliance monitoring Cost reduction and Generate Technical solutions for current, new and major programs Assists in developing some engineering designs, including subsystems Assists in implementing engineering changes Specifies and balances system requirements Implements test/development programs Communicates, coordinates and consults with engineering departments and customers Stays abreast of new technology and competitive products May travel to plants if needed Performs other related duties as assigned.
