Accurate, handy, technical insight, and motivated. Do these traits happen to describe you? We want you! Preparation is Key: Without preparation, there is no assembly work! You will start with a number of preparatory tasks, such as greasing, stamping, pressing, screwing, threading, etc. You will collect the necessary parts from the intermediate stock yourself and request additional components using company-specific documentation. You will read the production orders thoroughly and, based on those, determine priorities and organize your work and workstation. From Preparation to Production: After the preparation, you get to work! You will assemble, mount, finish, check, and pack all parts. You will determine the correct assembly method by consulting production drawings. Depending on the parts, you will use machines (screwing, pressing, or packaging machines) and set them up yourself. Being familiar with the use of an electric screwdriver is also a must.
