KP Staffing is now hiring production leads for a company in North Fort Worth! This company is a leading competitor in injection molding, micro-assembly, and product development industries with a state-of-the-art climate-controlled facility and is looking for an experienced assembly lead. This is a full-time position at a company that likes to promote from within.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensuring the product counts are correct
  • Overseeing production and ensuring products meet quality standards
  • Distributing daily tasks
  • Scheduling kits and schedules
  • Keeping an organized schedule for incoming/outgoing parts
  • Ensuring the team is staying on task and running efficiently

Requirements

  • Must have great leadership skills
