Job Responsibility

Assist in assembling prototypes of next generations 3D printers, fixtures and accessory equipment
Assemble and pack out products following specific procedures.
Responsible for the accuracy of work-in-process.
Responsible for the cleanliness of the work area and surrounding work space.
Ability to use various hand tools (pliers, rulers, cutters, torque wrenches and screwdrivers)
Verify the material's condition before putting it together and report any problems.
Other responsibilities as directed and necessary for the business.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in a mechanical assembly environment
Knowledge of general assembly and testing processes
Ability to read blueprints/drawings and follow engineering instructions
Proficiency in using general assembly tools such as impact guns, torque wrenches, etc.

Job Responsibility

Select proper components for assembly
Assemble components according to customer specifications and engineering instructions
Perform testing of assembled valves and maintain accurate records

Follow standard work practices, method sheets, and instructions
Maintain good housekeeping and adhere to Lean Manufacturing processes and FEM requirements
Report damages or malfunctions of equipment and tools to the supervisor
