Job Responsibility

  • Full-Cycle Assembly: Building complex components from start to finish
  • Precision Craftsmanship: Using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to ensure exact quality standards
  • Material Handling: Working directly with aluminum and steel fabrication
  • Team Synergy: Working independently at your dedicated station while contributing to the overall team success

Requirements

  • 1+ years of manufacturing or industrial assembly background
  • Confident using hand and power tools, with the ability to read measuring tapes and instruments accurately
  • Prior experience handling steel or aluminum materials
  • Comfortable with continuous standing and lifting up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to read blueprints is a bonus
