Learn and Execute elements of Safe Assembly Practices involving 2”-36” Assembly to include OGS as well AGS
Perform in-process inspections including dimensional, orientation, and part
perform additional inspections pertaining to product specification if needed
Maintain records of inspections and results if applicable
Verify finished product’s meet and or exceed our customers standards
Verify tools are in safe working condition as well that calibration it up to date
Know and understand how to properly navigate Medix per job/spool
Complete all daily checklists and TPM’s
Ensure all area 5S duties are getting completed
Communicate and interact with Line Leads, shift supervisors, operations manager, and engineering on issues or discrepancies found between drawings/model and BOM
Requirements:
High School Diploma
Experience in a manufacturing/assembly environment is preferred
Computer literacy of Microsoft Windows software is preferred
Familiarity with SWI/SOP processes
Good understanding of shop math (fraction to decimal) and ability to read tape measure, and measuring tools (caliper, micrometers, vernier scale) preferred
Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints desired
Good written and oral communication skills required
Good problem solving capabilities desired
Must be able to work independently, efficiently and be self-motivated and detail oriented
Nice to have:
