Job Responsibility:

  • Perform manual assembly of small components using precision tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, and soldering irons
  • Read and interpret technical blueprints, digital schematics, and detailed work instructions to ensure accurate builds
  • Conduct thorough visual quality control inspections to identify any defects or inconsistencies prior to shipping
  • Record production progress and maintain accurate logs within the internal computer data entry system
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production quotas and maintain workflow
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or material shortages to the management team immediately

  • Exceptional manual dexterity and a steady hand for manipulating small, intricate parts and components
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring that measurements and alignments are precise to the millimeter
  • Technical literacy, with the ability to understand 2D/3D drawings and follow step-by-step digital instructions
