Job Description

The Production Associate is responsible for assembling outdoor shading products, including motorized patio shades and awnings, in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled warehouse environment. This role involves using power tools, reading job orders, and accurately measuring components to ensure quality and precision. The position requires the ability to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly, work effectively in a team, and follow safety guidelines. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and physical stamina are essential for success in this role.

Job Responsibility

Read job orders and assemble outdoor shading products according to specifications
Use power tools and measuring tools to complete tasks accurately
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
All other duties as assigned

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly through 8+ hour shift
Proficiency in reading a tape measure accurately, down to 1/16 inch, to ensure proper dimensions in assembly
Ability to work overtime as needed
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
Ability to read and understand basic English
Reliable transportation
Proficiency in using power tools and measuring tools to assemble products accurately
