As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct the assembly and value adding of parts
  • Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products
  • Secure accurate daily assembly production records
  • Execute production work according to ALPS standards and participate in continuous improvements

Requirements:

  • High School degree or GED Certificate with relevant experience
  • 2-3 years of experience from the manufacturing environment like machines, equipment, jig, fixtures, and measuring instruments etc.
  • Able to read drawings, blueprints, manufacturing orders etc.
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Physical factors: Lifting (up to 60lbs), climbing, standing and equipment use
