An Assembler is responsible for production-assembly, work is highly repetitive; ability to work following a prescribed routine or where method of assembly is obvious. Must have the ability to follow demonstrated steps.

Position requires operator to work in a team environment, follow direction, read work instructions, and prepare container tickets, including addition and subtraction of part counts
Organizational skills Required to multitask Use hand tools, scales, and other process related equipment such as fixtures, assembly presses and drill presses
Some hand tools require the operator to be ambidextrous
Position requires standing for extended periods of time / sitting for extended periods of time
Moderate lifting up to 50 lbs, lifting assistance is provided when necessary
Fine hand manipulation, pinching, pulling and grasping of small-medium-large parts is required
Operator must have full range of motion in hands, arms, legs, neck and back to perform job duties
Job requires the use of chemicals
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must have the ability to communicate in English
excellent written and verbal communication is required
The position requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent
Basic reading and math skills
Must have normal to high manual dexterity skills
Must be able to use all required hand tools, machinery and variable gauges
Must be qualified and competent after a reasonable predetermined training period based on job complexity
