Job Description:

As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the assembly of our gasket plate heat exchanger. You will assemble products or components using tools and instructions (diagrams, blueprints). Key duties include performing quality checks, documenting processes, maintaining a clean workspace, and collaborating with teams, often involving repetitive tasks. This is important part of contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assemble gasket plate heat exchangers
  • Perform quality control and inspect work for defects
  • Complete production forms and record assembly data
  • Receive daily work assignments from Team Leader / Team Manager and execute production with Standard Operating Procedures and blueprints
  • Report deviations (Safety, Quality, Parts, Equipment etc.) immediately
  • Be active in Daily Status Board Meetings, explain deviations and propose solutions
  • Review and suggest improvements for Standard Operating Procedures
  • Look for waste elimination opportunities and drive KAIZEN improvements
  • Engage in daily & weekly 5S routines
  • Look for cross-training opportunities within different manufacturing processes
  • Work with other assemblers, communicate effectively, and rotate tasks
  • Use downtime to learn new processes and run improvements
  • Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items manually or using lifts
