Job Description:

As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the assembly of our gasket plate heat exchanger you will assemble products or components using tools and instructions (diagrams, blueprints)Key duties include performing quality checks, documenting processes, maintaining a clean workspace, and collaborating with teams, often involving repetitive tasks. This is important part of contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization.

  • Look for waste (time, motion, transportation, inventories) elimination opportunities and drive KAIZEN improvements
  • Engaged in daily and weekly 5S routines
  • Look for cross-training opportunities
  • Work with other assemblers, communicate effectively, and rotate tasks
  • Use downtime efficiently to learn new processes and run improvements
  • Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually or using lifts
