Assembler / General Labour

• Perform assembly of components according to blueprints, diagrams, and work orders
• Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement instruments
• Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work station at all times
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines
• Adhere to all workplace safety regulations and procedures
• Assist in identifying and reporting any issues with equipment or production quality
• Package finished products for shipping and distribution

• Proven experience in a similar Assembler or production worker role within the manufacturing & logistics industry
• Proficiency in using manual and powered assembly tools (e.g., drills, drivers, wrenches)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• A reliable and consistent work ethic with a strong attendance record
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

A mechanical background is an asset
