This position is a special 4-month project where the individual will load parts into a tray for a robot/machine to inspect. The process is simple, and upon successful completion of the project, the role may transition into a full-time Assembler position. Responsibilities include performing tasks related to the assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices, as well as operating and troubleshooting equipment, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
Job Responsibility:
Load parts into a tray for robot/machine inspection during the special project
Perform a variety of tasks involved in the fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices
Set up, operate, perform maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment
Conduct quality inspections on the production line according to quality specifications
Follow clearly defined SOPs and quality guidelines
Be willing to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities
Report to work regularly and punctually, adhering to flexible or extended hours if needed
Requirements:
One (1) year of manufacturing assembly experience
Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications written in English
Experience with basic tools of measurement, such as microscopes
Effective communication skills to work with co-workers and supervisors
Ability to perform basic math calculations
Good attention to detail and focus
Ability to work in a team environment
Willingness to take on various tasks and responsibilities
Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time
Must meet physical demands required to perform essential functions
