Job Description:

Aspiring Teacher (Oxbridge Graduate) role at an outstanding secondary school in East London with a salary range of £23,000-£30,000, focused on providing Oxbridge graduates an opportunity to develop their skills, gain direct classroom experience, and begin a salaried pathway toward a career in education. The school is nationally recognised for its academic standards, exceptional behaviour, and strong pastoral care.

Job Responsibility:

Working across KS3 – KS5
contributing to student progress
gaining direct classroom experience
progressing into salaried teacher training and leadership

Requirements:

Graduate from Oxford or Cambridge University
passionate about education and committed to classroom excellence
strong academic track record (e.g. AAA at A-Level or equivalent)
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
reflective, professional, and eager to grow as an educator
collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
UK QTS welcome but not essential
