Job Description:

An Outstanding Secondary School in Tower Hamlets is seeking motivated and ambitious high-achieving graduates to join their dynamic teaching community as Aspiring Teachers on a day-to-day basis, starting September 2025. Job Responsibility:

Teaching across KS3 – KS5
Day-to-day cover role

Requirements:

Graduate with a strong academic record, ideally with first-class honours or equivalent
Passionate about teaching and inspiring young learners
UK QTS preferred but not essential if on track to qualify soon
Excellent communication skills and professional attitude
Reflective, motivated, and eager to develop teaching expertise
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
Committed to professional growth and educational excellence
