Job Description:

An Outstanding Secondary School in Merton is seeking motivated and ambitious high-achieving graduates to join their dynamic teaching community as Aspiring Teachers on a day-to-day basis, starting September 2025.

Job Responsibility:

Teaching across KS3 – KS5
Day-to-day cover role
Inspiring young learners

Requirements:

Graduate with a strong academic record, ideally with first-class honours or equivalent
Passionate about teaching and inspiring young learners
Excellent communication skills and professional attitude
Reflective, motivated, and eager to develop teaching expertise
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
