Job Description:

Aspiring Secondary Teacher + Salaried Teacher Training opportunity at an ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted graded secondary school in Bromley, London. The role involves supporting students across KS3-KS5, running interventions and booster sessions, and preparing for teacher training starting September 2025.

Job Responsibility:

Support KS3-KS5 students in and out of class whilst developing your teaching practice alongside ‘Outstanding’ qualified Teachers
Run small, targeted interventions in groups and 1:1 for students who are struggling academically
Run booster sessions for students inside and outside of the classroom
Support subject teachers across different subjects (humanities only) and support students development academically
Opportunity to train as a Teacher (Schools Direct) – commencing September 2025 gaining invaluable classroom experience PAID prior to teacher training

Requirements:

Must have a 1st Class or 2:1 Degree from a reputable University and relevant degree
Aspiring Secondary Teacher
Must be willing to go above and beyond daily for the pupils
Confidence is key throughout these roles/School
Must be a team player

What we offer:

£105 – £115 Per Day (Term Time Only & Monday to Friday)
Opportunity to train as a teacher in your chosen subject after one full academic year!
