Job Description:

A fantastic Secondary School in the Borough of Bexley are on the hunt for Aspiring Secondary School Teachers to work as Secondary Teaching Assistants. The school is renown in the local area for producing some of the best teachers in London. You will be working across your desired year group or Key Stage, carrying out 1:1 & group interventions with a focus on raising attainment. You will have the opportunity to enrol onto a Salaried Schools Direct opportunity via the Secondary School starting November 2025.

Job Responsibility:

Working across KS3-KS5
Supporting in your desired subject
Supporting students with various additional needs including Autism, ADHD, Speech and Language needs
Carrying out 1:1 & group interventions with a focus on raising attainment

Requirements:

Must have a degree from a reputable University
Good A Levels & GCSEs across the board
Must be confident and ambitious to make positive impacts on pupils
You must be able to engage and motivate the students
Commitment and ambition to succeed is key throughout
