Job Responsibility

Skid Steer Operator: Responsible for precision site preparation, sweeping, and material handling
Labourer / Roller Operator: Assisting with asphalt laying, raking, and shoveling
QA / Spotter: A critical safety and quality role
Junior Labourer (Under 20): Entry-level position
Prep Crew Skid Steer Operator: Focused on stripping old surfaces and prepping the base
HR Driver / Labourer: Operating Heavy Rigid vehicles to transport materials
Lab Tech / Field Tester: Conducting field density testing and collecting asphalt samples
8-Wheel & 6-Wheel Walking Floor Drivers: Operating specialized 'walking floor' trailers
