Job Description

We are currently seeking an Asphalt Plant Operator to join our team at Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire. This role will report directly to the Asphalt Plant Supervisor. Key responsibilities include batching asphalt, carrying out general day to day maintenance of the plant, operating a loading shovel, and weighbridge operations. Some night working may be required.

  • Maintain accurate production and stock records, ensuring traceability and compliance with company systems
  • Liaise with the Quality Control team to ensure that all mixes meet technical and customer requirements
  • Promote and adhere to Eurovia Roadstone's health, safety, and environmental standards, reporting any incidents or near misses immediately
  • Support the continuous improvement of site operations and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
  • Undertake other site duties as required, including mobile plant operation if appropriately trained
