Job Responsibility

Skid Steer Operator: Responsible for precision site preparation, sweeping, and material handling
Labourer / Roller Operator: Assisting with asphalt laying, raking, and shoveling
Operation of breakdown and finish rollers
QA / Spotter: A critical safety and quality role
managing exclusion zones, spotting hazards, and ensuring the asphalt mat meets depth and quality specs
Junior Labourer (Under 20): Entry-level position
Skid Steer Operator: Focused on stripping old surfaces and prepping the base for new asphalt
HR Driver / Labourer: Operating Heavy Rigid vehicles to transport materials while assisting the crew with manual tasks
Lab Tech / Field Tester: Conducting field density testing (Nuclear Gauge) and collecting asphalt samples
8-Wheel & 6-Wheel Walking Floor Drivers: Operating specialized 'walking floor' trailers
