Must be a certified civil engineer, with a minimum BSc engineering degree from a recognized University
Must have at least 15 years of relevant experience including 10 years of international experience (at least 4 countries outside his/her home country) covering construction supervision projects, using cement and asphalt type of pavements and interchanges (bridges/ ramps)
Must have proven experience in managing and operating at least four (4) similar FIDIC-based projects including civil works contracts since he/she will act as The Engineering Representative
Must have excellent communication and reporting skills
Must have an excellent knowledge of the English language

Job Responsibility
