Records Management: ensuring the integrity of departmental data through precise entry and maintenance within government specific systems
Correspondence Management: coordinating incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring all documentation meets departmental standards and timelines
Executive Support: providing adhoc administrative assistance to the wider team to facilitate efficient project delivery
Requirements:
Proven Administrative Experience: a background in business support, preferably within a high volume or corporate environment
Technical Proficiency: advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite and a proven ability to adapt to complex internal databases
Systems Knowledge: previous experience with government records management applications, specifically Objective is highly regarded but not essential
