Job Description

Asia Pacific Travel Specialist 40K-50K plus commission. Required by an Experience-Focussed, Bespoke Travel Operator who specialise in crafting immersive trips for their high-spending adventurous clients. Industry-leading salary on offer for the right candidate. 40-50K plus excellent commission. Role is London-based (Hybrid, 2 or 3 days per week)

Job Responsibility

  • Respond thoughtfully to high-end travel enquiries, delivering a polished and attentive service
  • Take time to understand each client’s lifestyle, preferences, and expectations through meaningful conversation
  • Design tailored luxury travel experiences and present clear, accurate quotations within agreed timelines
  • Guide clients seamlessly from initial enquiry through to confirmation using company systems
  • Deliver an exceptional, detail-focused service that reflects premium brand standards
  • Develop trusted relationships with luxury suppliers and on-the-ground partners to secure preferred rates and added value
  • Ensure pricing and bookings align with agreed commercial targets
  • Manage personal sales activity to achieve revenue and profitability goals
  • Share expert destination and product knowledge to support marketing initiatives
  • Nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Participate in familiarisation trips and provide insightful post-travel feedback

Requirements

  • Passion for Asia (from the Middle East, Central Asia and Far East) and the Pacific Region, backed up with extensive first-hand travel experience there
  • Experience selling Tailor-Made, High-End Travel
  • Creativity and imagination
  • Must be a meticulous planner and a perfectionist
