Our Geo MCAPS Asia HR team plays a pivotal role in enabling Asia’s growth vision and as we set our future success, we are seeking an Asia HR Solutions Lead to help us design and activate AI powered solutions that helps us build efficiencies, drive high performance and supports in building future ready organization against all the work demand across Areas. Asia HR Solutions Lead will support in designing, deploying, and continuously improving scalable business applications using Microsoft PowerApps and the wider Power Platform. The successful candidate will partner closely with HR, business operations, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into intuitive, data-driven applications—enabling automation, scale, improved decision-making, and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and deploy PowerApps canvas and model-driven applications tailored to business needs
  • Build automated workflows using Power Automate, integrating with multiple business systems
  • Develop and maintain Dataverse, SharePoint lists, SQL tables, and other data sources leveraged by PowerApps. Use AI in HR application to take drudgery out of work
  • Lead requirement-gathering workshops
  • translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications and maintain and enhance current Performance Dashboard, Talent Compass and Tech Intensity systems
  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure applications are user-friendly and scalable
  • Conduct data modelling, ensure data integrity, and implement governance & security best practices
  • Provide training, documentation, and support to end users. Apply best practices for app lifecycle management, performance optimization, and security/role-based access
  • Collaborate with engineering and SE&O teams to implement enhancements aligned with HR and business priorities
  • Stay current with Power Platform and AI-led automation capabilities to drive innovation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field AND 4+ years experience in enabling technology solutions, program management, process management, process improvement for HR, Sales, or Finance functions
  • OR equivalent experience
  • Hands-on experience in designing and deploying PowerApps (canvas/model-driven) applications, Power BI, DAX, and Fabric—owning data modelling, metric design, and executive ready visualization
  • Ability to manage projects from discovery to deployment, and to collaborate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Experience automating HR or business workflows using the Power Platform
  • Exposure to Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, or Dynamics 365
  • Skilled in building and integrating business applications, including exposure to Data engineering, modelling, data quality checks & logic science
  • Understanding of AI-enabled development (Copilot for PowerApps/Automate)
  • Experience working in Agile or project based delivery environments
  • Comfortable running workshops, training sessions, and demos
