To achieve these ambitious goals, we are transforming our Sourcing and Procurement (SS&P) organization to anchor ESG sustainability in the way we do business. While pushing business with friendly caring to environment, ASML wants to ensure safe working conditions, ethical business practices, and respect for human and the environment within supply chains. Through governance structure, ASML aims to be transparent publishing available information and collaborate with suppliers to influence whole supply chains. As part of this transformation and taking along the increasing challenges and opportunities to develop ESG reporting offers we open this opportunity for SS&P ESG sustainability. For this role we are looking for a responsible and collaborative SS&P PL who is enthusiastic about coworking with ASML corporate ESG program, Supplier Account Teams (SAT), Supplier Collaboration (SC) and suppliers to increase organization knowledge level, provide expert consultancy and bring whole ecosystem up, in the end to realize responsible sourcing and ESG reporting requirements.

Job Responsibility:

  • Co-work with ASML ESG corporate program
  • Co-work with SS&P Global ESG program
  • Increase SS&P Asia and its supply chain awareness and training
  • Run the business with SS&P Asia
  • Run the business with SS&P Asia SAT and suppliers

Requirements:

  • Overall 10-15 years working experiences
  • 8+ of relevant experience in Sustainability and Environment Social Governance strategy and/or execution, preferably in a corporate, technology-related environment
  • Bachler / Master education in Environmental Science, Sustainability Studies, Climate Science, Renewable Energy Engineering, Public Policy, International Relations, Sociology, Human Rights & Social Justice relevant field
  • compliance background is plus
  • Experience in ESG reporting frameworks and ESG indices
  • Experience in implementing ESG reporting requirements in a large company
  • Familiar with Asia ESG regulations and industry
  • Semiconductor equipment supply chain background
  • Ability to manage topics/projects simultaneously and collaborate across functions
  • Advanced English skills
  • Strong communication skills and hands-on attitude
  • Team player, collaborate, positive, proactive, critical and innovative
  • Plan, align, drives results and ensures accountability while balances stakeholders
  • Self-development, and values differences
