Reporting to the Asia Commercial Cards Head, this role drives execution of Citi’s business growth strategy & commercialization across all B2B segments, consisting of Accounts Payable and eCommerce. The key enablers of these flows are Citi’s Purchasing, Virtual Cards and Mobile Payments offering, and their integrations with key third-party applications across Citi’s network. The role will ensure organizational awareness of relevant trends & innovations in the Asia B2B & eCommerce space and own the product roadmap to enhance and differentiate Citi’s product offering going forward.
Job Responsibility:
Drive the strategy, performance and positioning for Citi Commercial Cards within the Purchasing and Payables, and Ecommerce spaces
Champion the Asia-wide commercialization of Citi’s Plastic and Virtual card offerings
Implementation of a best-in-class supplier enablement framework
Expansion of strategic partnership capabilities across Asia
Manage day-to-day product relationships with Payment Associations (Mastercard, Visa)
Flexible working hours to accommodate Europe / US time zones interactions
Business travel is expected
Requirements:
10+ years of experience, preferably across Banking & Payments spaces
Expertise in Commercial cards and/or Payables experience a distinct advantage
Familiarity with Procurement and Card Acceptance processes is good to have
Familiarity with Asia business trends, markets specifics and nuances are good to have
Proven record of successful execution of partnerships and/or successful product ventures
